Grandparent's and Other's Day

We wish to invite our grandparents or special person in your child's life, to Pottsville Beach Public School's annual Grandparent's and Other's Day to be held on Friday 2 August 2019.

As there is limited parking near and around the school we would like to advise the following. To assist those who are unable to walk long distances and across grass, the school will be having a "Drop and Kiss" for those who require it. The driver will be able to drop off passengers in the parent pick up zone in Cudgera Ave, then go and park the car outside school grounds. At the conclusion of the morning, the driver will then be able to repeat the process and pick up any passengers requiring assistance. A school staff member will be on hand to ensure the smooth running of this procedure.

The day will be as follows:

9.15am - Concert in the big cola

10.00am (approximately) - Classroom visit- please ensure you know the class name of the children you would like to visit.

10.40am -11.10am - Grandparents to have morning tea (canteen cola) and write on graffiti board. 11.10am Grandparents meet their grandchild

Years K- 2 meet in new building courtyard. Years 3 - 6 meet under big cola.

11.10am-11.30am -Grandparents and students mingle, chat and have a tour of the school.

11.30am - Finale in big cola

11.50am - Morning concludes
