Kindergarten at Pottsville Beach Public School
Starting school is a significant event in the life of children and their families. At Pottsville Beach, we believe that strong relationships and information sharing between families, early childhood settings and school help support your child's successful transition to school.
More information about enrolling at NSW government school can be found here: Going to a Public School
Transition to kindergarten
Our transition to school program is designed to support families and students during the transition from preschool to primary school.
Orientations days are an important chance for your child to have a snapshot of school life at Pottsville Beach and for us to get to know your child. During orientation sessions, the children will meet some of our teachers, engage in fun activities and make new friends with their peers.
We will have two sessions for our 2027 Kindergarten students to participate in during 2026. These days are RSVP only events and parents are encouraged to secure their child's place.
