For the month of June our school will be running a Loose Change Challenge. Following our successful challenge last year, the P&C are encouraging students to bring in loose change, not just 5c pieces as we know that it's not always easy to collect 5c pieces. All funds raised from this initiative will go towards continuing the support of flexible learning spaces both inside and outside the classrooms including major refurbishment of the outdoor Aboriginal Garden.
Students might be encouraged to clean their rooms, help tidying up around the house or maybe clean out the car to earn and find loose change, with your permission of course, so they can contribute to their class container.
Each week the P&C will collect, count and bank the money. The winning class will be announced at the Week 10 assembly on Monday 2 July and the class will be rewarded at a future time with a party for their efforts.
We would love for you to support your child and our school in this fun fundraising activity. Hopefully with lots of change we can make a huge change for our school.
