STAGE 2 CRICKET GALA DAY

Years 3 and 4 had an unreal day at the combined schools cricket gala day. The day comprised of cricket skill development through fun rotational games. All learners had the opportunity to verse Pottsville Beach Public School peers as well as teams from Ocean Shores Public School and Saint Ambrose. At lunchtime, the students had a dance  with the Sydney 6ers team mascot and joined in on a combined school Mexican wave! A huge congratulations to all learners in Stage 2 on your incredible bowling, batting and fielding skills. All Stage 2 teachers were incredibly proud of the sportsmanship all PBPS learners showed. There were smiles, cheers and high fives being shared everywhere!

STAGE 2 AFL GALA DAY

On Friday 20 September a group of some sixty, Year 4 learners travelled to South Tweed to attend an AFL Gala day. The object of the day was enjoyment, participation, cooperation and sportsperson ship. PBPS Year 4 learners were able to achieve this with the usual manners and harmony that is expected of our great school. We look forward to more days of these team and memory building moments.
